These terms govern use of PlatePace. By using the app, users agree to these terms.

Not Medical Advice

PlatePace provides meal, hydration, training, and logging support. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and it does not provide medication dosing advice. Users should contact a licensed clinician for medical questions, severe symptoms, or medication decisions.

User Responsibility

AI food recognition and nutrition estimates may be inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting food, portion, ingredient, and nutrition information before relying on it.

Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the app, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer restricted portions, upload unlawful content, or use the app to harm others.

Doctor Exports

Doctor-ready exports are summaries of user-entered logs. They are not diagnoses, treatment plans, or medical records created by a clinician.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlatePace is provided as-is and without warranties. PlatePace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
