Delete your TaskKin Care account

You can delete your account and its household data directly in the app:

Open TaskKin Care on your device.
Go to Settings → Delete account & households.
Confirm. Your account is permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your user account is permanently deleted. Every household you coordinate is permanently deleted together with all of its data: tasks, timeline events, uploaded documents (including OCR text), reports, and audit records.

If you also belong to other households that you do not coordinate, your membership is anonymized. Your name is replaced with a "Deleted member" placeholder, so shared tasks, documents, and audit records you created remain in those households and stay attributable without retaining your account link or profile name. Those households are not deleted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription automatically. Please cancel separately: iOS – Apple subscription settings; Android – Google Play subscription settings.

Alternative request (outside the app)

If you cannot sign in to the app, you may request account deletion by email. Send a request from the email address registered to your account to:

Include the subject line "Account deletion request". We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
